2012 Holiday Order Deadlines

With the holidays quickly approaching, please make note of our order deadlines and turnaround times to ensure accurate delivery of your orders...

• The Thin Book, The Coffee Table Book and The Newport Album - Order must be received no later than 1:00pm on 11/26/12.  Prints must be approved for mounting no later than 3:00pm 11/28/2011.
• Premiere Press Collection (Keepsake, Occasion and Signature) - Orders must be received no later than 1:00pm on 12/05/11
  
• Legend, Destiny and Summit albums - Order must be received no later than 1:00pm on 12/05/12.  Prints must be approved for mounting no later than 1:00pm 12/07/11.
• Blankets - Orders must be received no later than 1:00pm 11/23/11.
• All other items - Filmet's standard turnaround time will apply.

*Please note: Holiday deadlines are subject to change based on order volume.  If you have an order with specific needs, please call ahead.  Expedited shipping via UPS may be required to receive prior to holiday.

Lab Update - Image Quix

Image Quix is upgrading!

For those of you who already use Image Quix - you'll want to note a new policy for shipping charges:  Shipping charges for Full Service orders previously were based on the shipping amount set by Filmet, regardless of your studio's shipping preferences.

Effective 3/18/2012, customer orders will be assessed the shipping amount set by YOU - This change allows you to have more control over your orders and what your customers are charged for shipping.

You can access your shipping preferences by following these easy steps:

1. Open IQ Publisher
    
2. Click on "Tools" menu option at the top
    
3. Select "Preferences"
    
4. Click on "View and Order Preferences"
    
5. Review/Update the “Shipping” field and make sure your desired shipping charge reflected.
   Again, this is the default shipping charge that will be applied to ALL ORDERS.

Ordering is easy!

Simply click on the 'Post-Production & Color Correction' tab right in the standard catalog of Filmet Connect ROES.  Convert your folder of images (JPEG, TIFF or RAW) to a .zip file (4GB max) using the tools built right into your Mac or Windows operating system.  Open the options palette, browse to your file and click 'open' - your file will be attached and ready to send!  While you're in the options palette, be sure to select all of the services you would like to take advantage of.
