Image Quix is upgrading!
For those of you who already use Image Quix - you'll want to note a new policy for shipping charges: Shipping charges for Full Service orders previously were based on the shipping amount set by Filmet, regardless of your studio's shipping preferences.
Effective 3/18/2012, customer orders will be assessed the shipping amount set by YOU - This change allows you to have more control over your orders and what your customers are charged for shipping.
You can access your shipping preferences by following these easy steps:
- Open IQ Publisher
- Click on "Tools" menu option at the top
- Select "Preferences"
- Click on "View and Order Preferences"
- Review/Update the “Shipping” field and make sure your desired shipping charge reflected.
Again, this is the default shipping charge that will be applied to ALL ORDERS.
